Meet Olivia Bolah

Facilitator · Scholar · Author

Olivia Bolah (LLB, B.L., MA Law) is an author, lawyer, facilitator and scholar whose work advances reflective, structured responses to personal development and wider social questions. Her public work centres on the 3R Framework—Rebuild, Rethink, Reinvent—an approach shaped by lived experience, sustained research and community engagement.

Living with hearing impairment, Olivia is also a disability advocate. Her work is collaborative: she welcomes partnership with community practitioners, scholars, and faith leaders (within REN programmes) to co-create learning environments that are respectful, structured, and outcome-focused.
